Terms of Service

1. Liquor licence
Liquor is sold under ACT liquor licence number [LICENCE NUMBER], held by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME].

2. You must be 18 or over
By placing an order you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that the person who will receive the delivery is at least 18 years of age. We require proof of age on delivery. We may refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe the purchaser or recipient is under 18, is intoxicated, or is buying on behalf of a person under 18.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order at any time before dispatch — including where stock is unavailable, where a price or description was listed in error, where we cannot verify your age or payment details, or where we cannot lawfully deliver to your address. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
4. Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery is charged separately unless stated. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted. Wine is sold subject to availability and vintages change — where a vintage has sold out we will contact you before substituting.
5. Product information
We take care with tasting notes, vintages, alcohol content and imagery, but labels and bottle presentation change between vintages and the bottle you receive may differ in appearance from the photograph. Tasting notes are opinion, not a guarantee of how a wine will taste to you. Alcohol content and standard-drink figures are taken from the producer's label.
6. Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price you paid. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
7. Responsible service
We support the responsible service and consumption of alcohol. We will not supply alcohol to a person who is intoxicated, and we reserve the right to limit quantities on any order.
8. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at [SUPPORT EMAIL] if you believe it has been accessed without your permission.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photography, tasting notes, logos and design — belongs to [BUSINESS NAME] or its suppliers and may not be reproduced commercially without our written permission.
