Delivery

You must be 18 or over
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. By placing an order you confirm that you and the person receiving the delivery are both aged 18 or over.
Every delivery requires an adult signature. Our carriers will ask for valid photo identification. We cannot leave alcohol unattended, in a safe place, or with a neighbour, and we cannot deliver to anyone who appears to be under 18 and cannot produce ID, or to anyone who is intoxicated. Orders that cannot be handed over are returned to us.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Dispatch
Orders placed before [12pm AEST] on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. You will receive tracking by email once your order leaves us.
Regional and remote addresses
Delivery to regional and remote areas of WA, NT, far north QLD and Tasmania can take an additional [3–5] business days. Some remote postcodes cannot be serviced by our carriers; if yours is one of them we will contact you and refund the order in full.
Addresses we cannot deliver to
- PO boxes and parcel lockers — alcohol requires an adult signature, so we can only deliver to a street address.
- Addresses in any area where the supply of alcohol is restricted by law.
Business addresses are usually the best option if nobody is home during the day.
Failed deliveries
Our carriers will attempt delivery [2] times. If both attempts fail, the order is returned to us and re-delivery is charged at the standard rate. Please make sure the delivery address is correct before checking out — we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.
Heat
Wine is sensitive to heat. During summer we may hold dispatch to hot destinations until the start of the following week to reduce time in transit. If you would prefer we ship regardless, let us know at checkout.
